International Workshop on Laser Science was held at UEC 
International Workshop on Laser Science (IWLS) was held at University of Electro-Communications (UEC) on Oct. 5-6, 2012. It was composed of invited speakers from the worldwide and staffs of Institute for Laser Science (ILS), UEC. The workshop scoped various fields in laser science such as advanced lasers, frequency standards, ultrafast optics, quantum optics, high-energy density physics, atomic and ionic physics, and so on. The present and future was discussed by the world-leading researchers.
Science Partnership Project（SPP）
"Science Partnership Project (SPP)" will support learning activities of observation, experiment and training relevant to science, mathematics and technology. Yoneda Lab has been participating in this activity, we have carried out the activities on 22 September 2012.
Participated in the colloquium Tama
The University of Electro-Communications (UEC) and Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology (TAT) are located west of Tokyo. Geographically close, both universities had various exchanges. We have held a symposium in December every year since 2003. Symposium will reach 9th year this year. As a new initiative, the colloquium has been organaized as a camp format.
